Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ambition With Grace. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
It must also be in the original packaging
You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Some items are non-returnable, including:

Gift cards
Sale items (if marked as final sale)

2. How to Initiate a Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send your item back without prior confirmation.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [5–10] business days.
If rejected, we will contact you with further details.

4. Exchanges

If the item is defective or damaged, we will offer an exchange at no extra cost. For size or color exchanges (if applicable), shipping charges may apply.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

First check your bank account again
Then contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
Next contact your bank

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
